保留完整性下颌骨及牙列行舌癌和口底癌联合根治术的近期疗效观察

Recent curative effects of modified radical mastectomy in tongue carcinoma or mouth floor carcinoma with the integrity of mandible and dentition conserved

目的为提高舌癌、口底癌患者术后生存质量,探讨保留完整的下颌骨及牙列的舌癌、口底癌联合根治方法,并评价其近期疗效。方法收集随访2013年5月至2014年11月该科室采用保留完整的下颌骨和牙列的方式行舌癌、口底癌根治术的5例患者的临床资料,通过术后患者面形、语言、舌运动、咬合和进食等情况以及肿瘤有无复发和转移,来评价患者口腔功能状况和手术疗效。结果随访3~18个月,未发现肿瘤局部复发和远处转移。全部患者术后均面部外形对称无畸形、咬合关系无错乱,咀嚼、语言和吞咽功能良好。结论保留完整的下颌骨和牙列的舌癌、口底癌联合根治方法既能根治肿瘤,又使患者获得良好的生存质量。

Objective To discuss the methods of radical operation for carcinoma of tongue and mouth floor while keeping the mandibtdar continuation and teeth completeness, and evaluate the short term therapeutic efficiency, thus to improve the patient＇s liv- ing quality. Methods We collected and followed-up.clinical data of five patients who were treated in our ward and had radical opera- tion for carcinoma of tongue and mouth floor in keeping mandibular continuation and teeth completeness from May 2013 to Nov 2014, and evaluated the oral function and operation effect through their appearance, tongue motion, occluding relation, function of speaking and chewing and feeding. Results There was no local recurrence and distant metastasis case in three to 18 months of fol- low-up visiting. All cases had good function of speaking and chowing and feeding and had no occluding relation disaster and face de- formity. Conclusion Radical operation for carcinoma of tongue and mouth floor in keeping mandibular continuation and teeth com- pleteness could both remove the tumor radically and get the patient good quality of life.
