摘要
从阻燃电缆行业宏观角度出发,介绍目前我国阻燃电缆市场现状、存在问题、发展方向;从预防电缆自身着火、预防高温高热对电缆的影响、预防电缆敷设带来危险、预防电缆分支带来危害等方面探讨阻止电缆延燃的措施,并引出阻燃与耐火电缆的区别;分别从添加无机阻燃剂超细化与辐射交联结合、低烟无卤结构优化设计、阻燃复配技术等方面探讨电缆无卤化技术;从消烟降卤技术、低卤技术、抑烟技术方面总结电缆低卤低毒化技术。
This paper introduces present market situation, existing problems and development direction of flame retardant cable in China from an industrial point of view; discusses measures to stop flame spreading in respect to preventing cable ignition, the impact of high temperature and high heat on cable, possible danger caused by cable-laying and hazard from cable branch and further leads to the distinction between flame retardant and flame resistant cables; discusses non-halogenated cable technique in respect to combining ultra-refinement of inorganic flame retardant and radiation cross-linking, optimal design of low-smoke non-halogenated structure and retardant compounding technique; and summarizes the lowhalogen and low-toxicity technique of cable in respect to smoke elimination and halogen reduction technique, low-halogen technique and smoke suppression technique.
