介绍隔离型阻燃电缆的结构及性能:采用创新型的阻燃材料填充及隔离,使得电缆线芯绝缘受到完整保护而难以参与燃烧反应,不仅可满足GB/T 18380.33-2008/IEC 60332-3-22:2000《电缆和光缆在火焰条件下的燃烧试验第33部分:垂直安装的成束电线电缆火焰垂直蔓延试验A类》中成束阻燃A类每米试样非金属材料体积7 L的要求,也能顺利通过国家标准GB 31247-2014《电缆及光缆燃烧性能分级》B1级试验。
The paper introduces construction and performance of isolated flame retardant cable. The cable is filled and isolated with innovative flame retardant materials, which protects the cable core insulation from burning. It not only complies with the Tests on Electric and Optical Fiber Cables under Fire Conditions- Part 33: Test for Vertical Flame Spread of Vertically-mounted Bunched Wires or Cables- Category A (GB / T 18380. 33 - 2008 / IEC 60332 - 3 -22: 2000) which specifies that the volume of non- metallic materials of bunched flame retardant class A sample should be 7 L per meter, but also passes the Bl level test specified in Behavior of Electrical and - 2014). Classification for Burning Optical Cables (GB 31247 - 2014).
