摘要
为研究钢箱梁桥面铺装层温度场在环境温度条件下的变化规律,利用ABAQUS软件建立了钢箱梁及铺装层热传导分析模型。根据温度场计算理论,在考虑太阳辐射、空气对流交换以及自身有效辐射等影响因素的前提下,结合江苏省长江流域内冬夏季节的代表性环境气温变化规律,对钢箱梁及铺装层温度场进行分析。分析结果表明:铺装层温度场随着大气温度的变化呈现出周期性变化规律;夏季铺装层温度明显高于大气温度,最高温度超过了60℃;冬季铺装层的最低温度低于-4℃,对铺装层结构的高温稳定性及低温抗裂性能均提出了较高的要求;同时,钢箱梁相对封闭的结构具有明显的"保温"作用,使得铺装层夜间温度均高于环境大气温度。
In order to analyze the law of temperature field change of steel box girder (SBG) and deck surface under ambient temperature, ABAQUS was utilized to build a SBG and deck surface model for heat transfer analysis. With consideration of such influencing factors as solar radiation, air convection ex- change effect, effective radiation itself, etc., the temperature fields of SBG and deck surface under ambi- ent temperature filed in the Yangtze River valley in Jiangsu Province were analyzed combining with the typical law of ambient temperature changing in summer and winter. The results indicate that: the surface temperature periodically changes with ambient temperature; the temperature of surface is higher than ambient temperature in summer, the maximum temperature is over 60℃; the minimum temperature of surface is lower than -4℃ in winter, which proposes higher requirement on high-temperature stability and low-temperature anti-cracking performance of deck surface. Besides, the steel box girder has obvi- ous heat preservation effect, which makes the surface temperature higher than ambient temperature dur- ing night.
