摘要
对琅团在冷却机顸存段和冷却段内的运动过程进行数值模拟,结果表明,确保足够的预存段高度,将有效降低布料的不均匀对球团在冷却段传热过程的影响;在出料口面积一定时,但风帽的形状对其附近琅团速度有一定影响,风帽形状与珠团运动流线越吻合,风帽周围珠团的滞后层越薄。
The numerical simulation of pellet motion process within the prestoring and cooling sections of cooling machine was carried out, the results showed that, the enough height of prestoring section could effectively reduce the influence of the uneven burden distribution on the heat transfer process in cooling section ; when the area of discharging pot was fixed, the shape of blast cap had a certain influence on the speed of pellets, and with the higher anastomosis degree between the shape of blast cap and the moving streamline of pellets, the lagging layer of pellets around blast cap was thinner.
