转底炉内球团理化反应和热质传递过程数学模型研究

摘要 描述含碳球团发生的热过程的基本规律和热状态,同时描述含碳球团内部化学反应引发的各种物质的成分变化和气体、固体的热扩散,从而确定球团反应过程各参数间的定量关系。通过建立热量和质量的平衡方程以及反应方程,得到较为精确的球团温度、反应物质随时间的变化。 In the paper, the basic law and thermal state of the thermal process occurred in carbon -bear- ing pellets were described, at the same time, all kinds of composition change and thermal diffusion of gas and solid caused by internal chemical reactions of carbon-bearing pellets were also elaborated, thereby the quantitative relationship among all parameters in the reaction process of pellets was determined. Through establishing the heat and mass balance equation and the reaction equation, the more accurate change of pellet temperature and reactive substances with time was gotten.
