微量铬对含硼钢淬透性的影响

摘要 通过安验研究微量铬(Cr≤0.30%)对含硼钢淬透性的影响,结果表明,在相同的备件下,微量铬对含硼钢的淬透性影响较大,尤其J9以后,随着铬含量的增加,端淬试验的硬度值呈上升趋势,铬含量为0.30%较Cr含量为0.05%的J9、J11、J15的端淬硬度值约高10HRC。 The influence of trace chromium on the hardenability oi boron-bearing steels was stUclleO through experiments, and the results showed that, under the same condition, there was a greater influ- ence of trace chromium on the hardenability of boron-beairng steels, especially for steels beyond J9, and with the increase of chromium content, the hardness value obtained in Jominy test showed an increasing tendency, furthermore the quenching hardness value of J9, Jll , J15 with the content of 0.30% chromi- um was higher than those with the content of 0. 05% chromium by 10 HRC.
