钒氮铁合金中的钒量分析方法研究

摘要 试样用硫磷混酸溶解,以硝酸氧化解碳化物,加热蒸发冒硫酸烟处理试样,在特定的高酸度条件下,用过硫酸铵氧化四价钒为五价钒,用硫酸亚铁铵标准溶液滴定钒量,取得了令人满意的结果,相对标准偏差小于0.102%,满足了冶炼高附加值钢生产的需要。 The Sample was dissolved with sulfuric-phosphorus mixed acid, then the nitric acid was used to oxide the carbides, at last the sample was dealt with by smoking with sulfuric acid. Under the special high-acidity condition, the ammonium persulfate was used to oxide the tetravalent vanadium to pentava- lent vanadium, then the standard solution of ammonium ferrous sulfate was used to titrate the content of vanadium, obtaining a satisfactory result, whose relative standard deviation was less than 0. 102%, ly meeting the smelting production needs of high value-added steels.
