摘要
试验以艾维因肉仔鸡为研究对象,研究早期限饲对肉鸡脂肪代谢的影响。结果表明,补偿生长期间,35日龄限饲组苹果酸酶(ME)活性与对照组差异不显著(P〉0.05),49日龄限饲组ME活性均低于对照组,部分限饲组达到显著水平(P〈0.05),并且限饲越早ME的活性越低(R2=0.9819);补偿生长后期,限饲改变了脂肪沉积比例,且6∽7周龄脂肪沉积呈下降趋势,改变程度和限饲日龄及水平有关。
Avian broiler were taken as materials to study influence of limited feeding at early stage on lipometabolism of broilers. The results showed that during compensatory growth, ME activity of 35 days limit group than control groups was not significant(P0.05), and ME activity of 49 days limit group was significantly lower than that of control group, part of the restricted feeding group reached a significant level(P0.05), with restricted feeding earlier ME activity lower(R2=0.9819). During compensatory growth, the limited feeding changed the fat deposition rate,and the fat deposits in 6-7 weeks tended to decrease, which was related to the age of restricted feeding and the feeding level.
