摘要
生产优质、安全的猪肉产品是当前市场的迫切需求,因而如何保证猪群健康状况显得尤为重要。影响猪肉品质的因素包括猪的品种、饲料营养、环境与饲喂方式、屠宰和加工工艺等。饲料的营养物质的水平和类型直接影响猪体健康,文章主要对优质牧草对猪的健康和肉品质的影响进行综述。
Production of high quality and safe pork products are urgent needs of the market, and thus how to ensure herd health status is very important. There are many factors that can affect the quality of pork, including pig breed, feed nutrition, environment, way of feeding, slaughtering and processing, etc. The level and type of feed nutrients directly affect the health of pigs. Effects of the nutrients of high quality legume forage on the health and safety of pork quality were reviewed in this paper.
