小鼠左冠状动脉前降支低位结扎早期冠状动脉血流及心功能的变化分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的应用超声生物显微镜观察小鼠左冠状动脉前降支低位结扎早期冠状动脉血流及心功能的变化。方法 8~12周龄7只雄性C57BL/6小鼠行左冠状动脉前降支结扎术(结扎组),同龄同数量假手术组为对照。应用超声生物显微镜测量术后小鼠左冠状动脉主干血流动力学及左心功能的改变。结果左冠状动脉前降支结扎后2 h,假手术组与结扎组间左冠状动脉主干舒张早期血流速度、平均血流速度、速度时间积分、左室射血分数及缩短分数比较差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05),而心输出量差异无统计学意义。结论超声生物显微镜能够方便、快捷、安全地评价小鼠心肌梗死早期冠状动脉血流动力学及心功能的变化。 Objective To measure the changes of the left main coronary artery flow and left ventricular function after early myocardial infarction(MI)by ultrasound bio-microscopy.Methods Wild-type C57 BL/6 mice were were divided into sham operation group and low ligation group.Each group has 7 mice.All mice were 8~12 week of age.MI was induced by permanently ligating the left anterior descending(LAD) coronary artery with a silk suture.Diastolic peak velocity,mean flow velocity,the velocitytime integral,left ventricular eject fraction,fractional shortening and cardiac output were measured.Results After 2 h permanently ligating the LAD coronary artery,there were significant difference of diastolic peak velocity,mean flow velocity,the velocitytime integral,left ventricular eject fraction and fractional shortening between two groups(P〈0.05),there were no significant differences of cardiac output.Conclusion Left main coronary artery flow and left ventricle function can be non-invasively detected by ultrasound bio-microscopy of early acute MI.
