医护一体化模式管理提高护理质量的尝试与成效 被引量:13

摘要 目的 探讨医护一体化模式配合护士层级管理对患者满意度及护理质量的影响.方法 随机选择2014年1至6月住院的患者60例作为对照组,2014年7至12月开展医护一体化工作模式配合护士层级管理后住院的患者60例作为观察组,对照组按传统方法交接班及护士排班,实验组采用医护一体化工作模式配合层级管理,对患者进行个案追踪,于患者出院前进行患者满意度调查及每月护理质量评价.结果 两组患者护理满意度由91.7%提高至100%,患者平均住院日及护理纠纷情况,观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 实施医护一体化模式管理不仅可缩短患者住院日,还可使患者获得最佳的护理服务,提高其对护理服务的满意度,减少不良事件的发生. Objective To investigate the impact of medical integration mode with nurses hierarchical management on patients' satisfaction and quality of care.Methods 60 hospitalized patients from January to June 2014 were randomly selected as control group,60 hospitalized patients from July to December 2014 (after the implementation of medical integration mode with nurses hierarchical management) were randomly selected as observation group.Control group received traditional nurses shift scheduling,while observation group received medical integration mode with nurses hierarchical management.Conducted patients' satisfaction survey before discharge and monthly nursing quality evaluation.Results Patients' satisfaction increased from 91.7% to 100%;the average length of stay and the incidence of nursing disputes of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of medical integration management mode not only can shorten the length of stay of patients,but also ensures that patients get the best nursing service,improve their satisfaction with care,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
