妊娠恶阻中医辩证施护的效果探究

The effect of Chinese dialectical nursing for hyperemesis gravidarum

目的 观察并探讨中医辩证施护对妊娠恶阻（Hyperemesis gravidarum,HG）的改善作用.方法 选择自2014年6月至2015年6月在本医院治疗的HG患者48例,治疗期间给予中医辩证施护作为观察组.选取2013年6月至2014年6月在本院接受治疗的48例患者作为对照组,对照组治疗期间仅接受常规护理.护理前后统计两组患者症状积分、止吐时间、复发率,并对两组患者总体疗效进行评价.结果 两组护理前的症状积分比较差异无统计学意义（P＞ 0.05）;护理后,观察组症状积分、止吐时间、复发率分别为（4.7±1.8）分、（5.4±2.1）d和6.3％（3/48）,对照组为（7.2±2.5）分、（7.8±2.6）d和18.8％（9/48）,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组总有效率为93.7％（45/48）,对照组为72.9％（35/48）,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 中医辩证施护能明显改善HG患者的症状,疗效显著,值得在临床上进一步推广.

Objective To explore the clinical value of Chinese dialectical nursing for hyperemesis gravidarum （HG）.Methods 48 patients with HG treated with Chinese dialectical nursing in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected as observation group,and 48 patients with HG treated with routine nursing from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected as control group.Symptoms score before and after nursing,antiemetic time,recurrence rate were recorded and compared,the overall effect of two groups were evaluated.Results There was no statistically significant difference in symptoms score between two groups before nursing （P＞0.05）.After nursing,symptoms score,antiemetic time,recurrence rate were （4.7±1.8）,（5.4±2.1）d and 6.3％ （3/48） in observation group,and （7.2±2.5）,（7.8±2.6）d and 18.8％ （9/48） in control group,with statistically significant differences （P＜0.05）.The total effective rate was 93.7％ （45/48） in observation group,and 72.9％ （35/48） in control group,with statistically significant difference （P＜0.05）.Conclusion Chinese dialectical nursing can significantly improve clinical symptoms of HG patients,with a significant effect,worthy of further clinical practice.
