摘要
针对子母弹传统装配条件下经常发生磨断导线而导致提前上电、无法完成数据测试的问题,提出了基于光电倒置开关的子母弹抛撒过载测试仪。该测试仪由光电倒置开关和数据采集存储模块组成,替代了断线上电的方式,可以完成对子弹所受加速度的实时采集和存储。验证试验与数据分析表明,该测试仪在抛撒试验时能很好地完成数据测试、存储,测得的数据有效、正确。
Because of the traditional assembly method will inadvertently cause wires broken by grinding,and the power supply is on ahead of schedule,which would fail the data test.Shrapnel overload tester was proposed based on electro-optical inversion switch to solve the problem.The tester consists of electro-optical inversion switch and data acquisition of storage modules.It's a good alternative and could complete real-time collection and storage of the acceleration of the bullet.Experimental results and data analysis showed that the tester was good at data storage and wireless transmission during the scatters experiment and the test data was effective and correct.
