基于响应曲面模型的壳体件压铸成形工艺参数优化

摘要 基于试验设计的壳体压铸成形工艺参数优化的参数组合上,利用响应曲面方法可以进行全局范围的优化设计。通过正交试验获得各因素的影响程度指数。利用Box-Behnken试验获得合适的设计参数样本,建立基于二次回归方程的壳体成形响应面模型,对壳体的压铸成形进行工艺参数优化。结合二次响应曲面的回归方程求解满足质量要求的最优工艺条件,验证表明,该方法对提高压铸成形质量有效。 Based on the experimental design of shell die casting on the optimized parameters, the response surface method which is optimizing design in the global scope. By using the orthogonal test ,we can obtain the impact of various factors. The parameters of the samples which the Box - Behnken test design can achieve, establish the response surface model that is quadratic regression equation of the shell, and optimize process parameters of die casting forming. Combining with regression equation of the quadratic response surface can solve the optimal process conditions that can is the quality requirements of satisfaction, test shows, the method can improve the quality of die casting is effective.
