摘要
[目的]探究钾高效烤烟杂交品种的花药培养,开发新的烟叶技术。[方法]以3个钾高效烤烟杂交品种为试验材料进行花药培养,调查其花药的萌发诱导率和单个花药萌发出苗株数。[结果]3个杂交品种的烟草花药均能萌发出胚状体并长出正常植株;在不同品种花药萌发诱导率的对比中,云87×GK3和K326×GK3的萌发率趋于相近,明显高于G80×GK5;在单个花药培养成苗株数的对比中,各个品种虽存在差异,但差异无规律性。[结论]试验结果为获得既富含钾又具稳定抗病性的优势烟叶提供了参考。
[Objective] Anther culture of potassium efficient hybrid flue-cured tobacco was studied so as to develop new tobacco leaf technology. [Method] Anther culture of three high potassium hybrid varieties of flue-cured tobacco was carried out,and germination rate of the three high potassium hybrid varieties of flue-cured tobacco and number of single anther culturing into seeding plants were investigated. [Result]All of the three hybrids could sprout embryoid and even to be normal plants. In the comparison of different varieties of anther about the rate of germination,the Yun 87 × GK3 was similar to K326 × GK3,both of them were significantly higher than G80 × GK5. In the comparison of single anther culturing into seeding plants,although there were differences among the three varieties,the differences were irregular. [Conclusion]The results provided reference for obtaining good tobacco leaf which not only was rich in potassium but also had stable disease resistance.
