摘要
[目的]筛选黄瓜霜霉病的生防菌株,为黄瓜霜霉病的生物防治和生防菌制剂开发奠定基础。[方法]通过温室试验和大田试验研究生防菌株对黄瓜霜霉病的防效以及对黄瓜的促生作用。[结果]温室试验结果表明,人工接种霜霉病病原菌20 d后,34株细菌中有7株对黄瓜霜霉病的防治效果在50%以上,其中TDGN2的防治效果最好,防效达到64.65%;有7个菌株对黄瓜苗生物量的增加量超过20%。大田试验结果表明,温室条件下防效和促生效果较好的DS22、TDJN4和THGB4 3个菌株中TDJN4对黄瓜霜霉病的防效均超过50%;生防菌株处理的黄瓜叶绿素总含量均显著高于清水对照。[结论]生防菌株TDJN4对黄瓜霜霉病表现出一定的防病促生效果,具有广阔的应用前景。
[Objective] Biocontrol strains against cucumber downy mildew were screened out to lay the basis for biological control of Pseudoperonospora cubensis on cucumber and development of biological agents. [Method] Control efficiency and growth-promoting effects of biocontrol strains of cucumber downy mildew were studied through greenhouse and field experiments. [Result]Greenhouse experiment results showed that after the artificial was inoculated into downy mildew pathogen for 20 d,7 of 34 strains of bacteria could control cucumber downy mildew more than 50%,among them TDGN2 had the best prevention,and its control efficiency reached 64. 65%. There were seven strains of cucumber seedlings to increase biomass volume more than 20%. Field test results showed that TDJN4 had cucumber downy mildew control effect more than 50%; the total chlorophyll content of cucumber biocontrol strains were significantly higher than those treated water treatment. [Conclusion] TDJN4 had great effects on disease prevention and growth-promoting against cucumber downy mildew,it would have a broad application prospect in the future.
