总结了贵州推进科技特派员创新创业的主要做法及取得的成效,探索科技特派员创新创业"贵州模式",并针对存在的问题提出了对策建议,为相关部门提供参考。
The main practices and achievements of promoting sci-tech commissioners innovation and entrepreneurship in Guizhou Province were summarized,the＂Guizhou Model＂was explored. Aiming the existing problems,several countermeasures and suggestions were put forward,in order to provide reference for relevant departments.
