摘要
有效管理公共舆论是考量一切社会组织管理能力的一项重要评价标准。改革开放以来,我国的国有经济取得巨大成就,电力行业改革取得重大进展。然而,进入21世纪以来,不同于一般的学术讨论和正常批评的负面舆论的出现严重误导公共舆论,大大降低电力企业美誉度,损害电力企业品牌形象。造成这种状况的原因既有外部原因,也有内部原因。
Effective management of public opinion is the significant evaluation criterion of considering the management ability of all the social organizations.Since the reform and development,great achievements have been made by China's state-owned economy,and significant progress has been made in electric vocation innovation.Whereas,in the 21 st century,the appearance of negative public opinion,which is different from the academic discussion and normal criticism,misleads the public opinion seriously,also reduces the fine reputation and damages the brand of the electric power enterprise.External reasons and internal reasons are both related to the current situation.
