摘要 为了迅速斩断瓦斯次生灾害的致灾链,将煤与瓦斯突出事故的灾害降到最低,避免或减少由于瓦斯窒息和瓦斯爆炸造成的人员伤亡,研发了一套煤与瓦斯突出事故实时报警技术,并成功应用于益兴煤矿。介绍了正在作业的工作面传感器布置方案、报警技术的原理及方法,并开发了相应系统,实现了相关数据的实时采集和筛选以及事故发生时的及时报警及相关非本安设备的紧急断电,对于减少次生灾害发生和人员伤亡有重要意义。 To quickly cut off the disaster chain of gas secondary disaster,reducing the coal and gas outburst accident disaster,avoiding or reducing casualties caused by gas asphyxiation and gas explosion, a real-time alarm technology of coal and gas outburst accident was developed,and it was successfully applied in Yixing Coal Mine. Introduced the sensor layout scheme of operating work face and principle and method of alarm technology. System was developed to collect real-time data and cut power of relevant equipment in case of emergency, which has important significance in reducing the occurrence of secondary disasters and casualties.
