山区隧道爆破施工对邻近煤矿主平硐振动的数值模拟分析

摘要 采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA动力有限元程序,建立了有限元模型,模拟了不同单段装药量下爆破施工对上部煤矿主平硐的动力响应。研究结果表明:主平硐周边振速峰值随着单段装药量的减少而减小,但减速趋于平缓,与经典的萨式经验公式相吻合。隧道爆破施工时允许的最大单段装药量为68.6 kg,即单段装药量小于此值时主平硐是安全的,最后给出了一些减振措施,对实际爆破施工具有一定的指导作用。 ANSYS/LS - DYNA dynamic finite element program is used to establish the finite element model,and the dynamic response of the main adit in the upper coal mine is simulated by the different single-stage charge. The results show that : peak vibration velocity decreases with the decrease of single-stage charge in the surrounding rock of main adit, and in agreement with the classical Sadaovski formula. The trend of velocity decrease is becoming slow. The maximum single-stage charge permitted by tunnel blasting is 68.6 kg. That single-stage charge less than this value the main adit is safe. In the end, several measures for vibration reduction' were proposed in the paper,and all this have guiding significance for the blasting construction.
