孤岛工作面强烈动压巷道支护技术研究

摘要 针对孤岛工作面两巷受强烈动压影响矿压显现强烈、支护困难的问题,以五阳煤矿7603孤岛工作面运输巷为工程背景,运用FLAC3D模拟软件,分析了相邻7605工作面回采后运输巷围岩应力分布规律和7603工作面回采阶段不同支护方式下运输巷围岩变形规律,确定了7603孤岛工作面运输巷采用高预应力强力锚杆锚索+帮部锚索补强的组合支护方案,并进行了现场应用。研究结果表明:采用高预应力强力锚杆锚索+帮部锚索补强的组合支护方案后,巷道支护强度明显提高,巷道变形量减小,巷道稳定周期明显缩短,较好地控制了巷道变形。 Aiming at the problem of strata pressure behavior and its strong supporting difficult questions for strongly affect of dynamic pressure of island working face,on the engineering background of headentry of 7603 islands working face in Wuyang Coal Mine, by using FLAC3D simulation software,distribution laws of surrounding rock pressure in headentry on 7603 islands working face was analysed when adjacent 7605 working face is in coal wining, deformation laws of surrounding rock pressure in headentry in different supporting ways on 7603 working face was also analysed in different process of coal wining. Combined supporting programs,by using high strength prestressed bolt anchor + cable supplement supporting,were determined,and then it was put into practice. The results show that:after using the supporting scheme, supporting strength of roadways increased significantly, roadway deformation is reduced, roadway stability cycle is shortened obviously, and the deformation of roadway has been controlled effectively.
