摘要
鹤煤公司主要采用放顶煤工艺开采,目前采深已达800 m,而且地质条件复杂,构造应力集中,回采巷道围岩均为煤体,强度低、孔隙率大、胶结程度差,稳定性和自身承载能力极低,巷道受地应力和采动压力影响,变形速度快,支护极为困难,已严重影响煤矿安全生产。针对以上问题,鹤煤公司采用U型钢支架支护,并采取二次加固支护,取得了良好的支护效果。
The mainly mining technology is top coal caving in Hebi Coal Industry Company, the mining depth has reached 800 m, the geological conditions are complex, and the tectonic stress is concentrated. The surrounding rock of mining roadway is coal, the strength is low, porosity is large, and cementation degree is poor, stability and its own carrying capacity is very low. Due to the effects of the geostress and mining pressure, the deformation of roadway is rapid, and the supporting is very difficult. All this have affected the safety production of the coal mine. Aiming at these problems, U-shaped steel bracket supporting and secondary supporting were carried out in Hebi Coal Industry Company,and has achieved good supporting effects.
