摘要
为了提高液压支架立柱的耐磨蚀性能,分别采用激光熔覆技术和等离子熔覆技术对立柱表面进行修复强化处理。结合立柱失效形式,对比分析了2种熔覆工艺以及熔覆层的硬度、耐磨性能和耐蚀性能等性能。结果表明:2种熔覆技术均能显著提高立柱表面综合性能,有效延长了立柱使用寿命,创造了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
To improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of hydraulic support column, the laser cladding and plasma cladding technology were respectively used to repair and strengthen the column surface. Combined with the failure forms of the pillar,two kinds of cladding process and their cladding layers were studied, including their hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The results show that, the two types of cladding technology can significantly improve the comprehensive performance of column surface, and prolong its working life. Moreover,the application of the laser cladding technology has achieved economic and social benefits.
