为更好地实现零部件加工的工艺符合性,提升变速器质量,对变速器主要零部件壳体位置度测量的准确性和效率已成为检测过程的重要环节。本文通过比较两种检测方法的优劣,重点探讨如何提高三坐标测量的精度和效率,提出的方法建议供大家参考。
In order to realize the manufacturing conformance of piece-parts, and improve the transmission performance, the accuracy and efficiency become very important segment during the true position measurement for transmission housing. We compared the advantages & disadvantages of two different methods, emphasizing on how to improve the precision & efficiency of CMM, provided suggestions for people to refer to.
