摘要
本文主要研究了液压转向系统中流量转阀的稳态特性,设计了测试实验台,验证了该阀的理论模型,分析确定了阀的压力灵敏度,并通过测试某品牌汽车转向系统的流量转阀获得实验过程和结果,可以供厂商借鉴使用。
This paper studies the flow rotary valve steady state characteristics in the hydraulic steering system, designs the test bench, verifies the theoretical model of the valve, and determines the pressure sensitivity of the valve,presents a simple methodology for the steady-state identification of the flow control valves, used in the preliminary design stage by all the manufacturers.
