异喹诺酮生物碱及其衍生物抗肿瘤活性研究进展

摘要 异喹诺酮类生物碱是一组具有羟基苯并菲啶酮结构或异喹啉酮结构的生物碱,这类生物碱具有较强的抗肿瘤作用,其中最具有代表性的是水仙环素(narciclasine)、石蒜西定(lycoricidine)和水鬼蕉碱(pancratistatin),研究表明它们能抑制人类多种肿瘤细胞的增殖,同时又在一定剂量下对人体正常细胞无明显影响,在抗肿瘤方面具有高效低毒的特点。目前该类化合物已成为抗肿瘤工作者研究的一个热点,本文对异喹诺酮生物碱的由来和抗肿瘤作用进行综述。 Isocarbostyril alkaloids are a kind of alkaloid which have hydroxylated benzophenanthridone or isoquinolinone types of structure.Such alkaloids have strong anti-tum or effect.The m ost widely known com pounds of this group are narciclasine,lycoricidine and pancratistatin.They have dem onstrated potent in proliferation of m any hum an cancer cells,and have no affects on norm al hum an cells under a certain dose,they have a feather of high efficiency and low toxicity in antitum or area.Now this kind of com pound has been a hot spot research to antitum or workers.The origin and the antitum or function of the isocarbostyril alkaloids were reviewed.
