摘要
通过水蒸气蒸馏提取了薰衣草精油并加入到雪花膏的制备配方中,以硬脂酸、单硬脂酸甘油酯、十六醇和甘油为主要组分,应用正交试验方案选择到最优制备条件,制备出具有薰衣草精油特有功效的雪花膏。测定了产品的耐寒性、耐热性、吸湿性、再润湿性和pH值,结果表明:上述指标均达到或接近目前市售雪花膏产品的水平。
The lavender oil was extracted by steam distillation and was added to the formula of vanishing cream.A lavender oil vanishing cream was prepared by the orthogonal experiment with stearic acid,stearin,cetyl alcohol and glycerine as the main component.The cold resistance,heat resistance,hygroscopic,rewettability,p H value of the products were determined.The results showed that all the above tested indexes were at or near the level of the current commercially available vanishing cream.
