新型优快钻井液技术在涠洲12-2油田的成功应用 被引量:3

摘要 涠洲12-2油田位于中国南海北部湾盆地,该项目中11口井均采用三层套管井身结构。针对地层情况确定了一整套适应三个井段要求的钻井液体系:即17-1/2″井眼使用新型海水聚合物钻井液;12-1/4″井眼井斜较小的井采用强封堵的聚合物泥浆体系、井斜较大的井使用新型PDF-MOM油基钻井液;8-1/2″井眼定向井使用PDF-MOM钻井液、水平井使用无固相有机盐钻井液。现场应用表明,该套钻井液体系取得了11口调整井作业安全顺利完成,作业效率较前期提高了28%以上,达到了优快钻井的目标。 Weizhou 12-2 oilfield is located in the northern part of the South China Sea Beibu gulf Basin, the project in 11 wells used three casing structure. According to stratum identified three well the requirements of drilling fluid system is a set of adaptation: 17-1/2″ borehole use model polymer seawater drilling fluid;12-1/4 " borehole deviation smaller well with strong sealing polymer mud system, deviation larger wells using new PDF-MOM oil base drilling fluid; 8-1/2" hole directional well using PDF-MOM drilling fluid, for horizontal well using solid-phase organic salt drilling fluid. Field application shows that the drilling fluid system has achieved 11 adjustment wells operation safety and smoothly, the operation efficiency of the above 28 %, reached the target of the optimal and fast.
