摘要
使用电晕技术对绝缘导热材料进行表面处理,研究了电晕过程中温度和电晕功率对产品和设备的影响,设计了针对导热垫片材料的电晕复合一体设备。实验表明,电晕增强不会提高剥离强度,电晕功率在6 KW以上的导热材料与压敏胶的粘合效果较好。在6 KW功率时连续电晕180米为工作周期,导热垫片的电晕后表面温度保持在60℃到120℃之间,导热垫片与压敏胶贴合时温度保持在33℃到60℃之间,系统稳定运行2000小时,产品剥离强度稳定,压敏胶与导热材料贴合紧密,导热和绝缘性能良好。
The effect of temperature and corona power was instigated on insulator thermal conductive pad and corona equipment. It indicated that the pad and pressure sensitive adhesive(PSA) had good adhesion when the corona power is more than 6 KW, and continual corona 180 m as one circle during the operation with 2000 hours, the temperature of pad after corona was from 60 ℃ to 120 ℃. The temperature of pad was within the scope of 33 ℃ to 60 ℃ while touching with PSA. The peel strength, thermal resistance and insulation were stable and met the product target.
