摘要
目的研究质子泵抑制剂LEW002对动物实验性急性胃溃疡的影响。方法构建小鼠Reserpine型胃溃疡模型,小鼠Asprin型胃溃疡、大鼠幽门结扎型胃溃疡模型、大鼠无水乙醇型胃溃疡模型、大鼠束水应激型胃溃疡模型、豚鼠组胺型胃溃疡模型,并与左旋兰索拉唑、右旋兰索拉唑、注射用兰索拉唑进行对比。考察LEW002对动物实验性急性胃溃疡的治疗作用。结果 AKC263能显著降低上述模型的溃疡指数。结论提示对动物急性胃溃疡有明确的疗效。在本实验室条件下,对动物等临床拟用剂量给药,LEW002的药效≈右旋兰索拉唑>右旋兰索拉唑口服制剂>左旋兰索拉唑。
Objective To study the effects of acute gastric ulcer experimental gastric ulcer. Methods The inhibition effect of LEW002 on gastric experimental ulcers, including Reserpine-induced and Asprin-induced acute gastric ulcer in mice, ethanol-induced, water immersion restraint stress-induced and pyloric ligated acute gastric ulcer in rats, histamine-induced acute gastric ulcer in Guinea pigs, and the gastric acid secretion in the model of acute fistula rats were observed. At the same time, compare with(S)-Lansoprazole,(R)-Lansoprazole, and Lansoprazole for injection. Results LEW002 can significantly reduce the ulcer index of above animal models. Conclusion It shows that LEW002 takes clear effects on acute gastric on experimental acute gastric ulcer. In our laboratory conditions, the effects on above drugs with clinical intented dosages is: LEW002≈Lansoprazole for injection〉(R)- lansoprazole for injection〉(S)-Lansoprazol for injection.
