摘要
手机外壳加工清洗废水含有高浓度的表面活性剂、柠檬酸、乳化剂,而表面活性剂主要以非离子及阳离子型表面活性剂为主,部分废水COD高达60000 mg/L,废水可生化性差,处理难度较大。项目将生产废水分为高浓度废水和一般清洗废水,高浓度废水经Fenton反应处理后与一般清洗废水混合,再采用"Fenton反应→HABR→接触氧化法→BAF"组合工艺深度处理,出水水质稳定达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838-2002)中Ⅳ类标准。
The cleaning wastewater from mobile phone shell processing is containing high concentration of surfactants which are mainly non-ionic surfactants and cationic surfactants, citric acid, emulsifier. At the same time, COD of a part of wastewater is up to 60000 mg/L, and the biodegradability of wastewater is poor, so the wastewater is too difficult to treat. The wastewater is divided into high concentration wastewater and cleaning wastewater. First, high concentration wastewater which is treated by Fenton Oxidation is mixed with general cleaning wastewater, then the paper proposes Fenton Oxidation→Hybrid Anaerobic Baffled Reactor(HABR)→Contact Oxidation Method →Biological Aerated Filter(BAF) combined process for advanced treatment of mixed wastewater, the final effluent quality accord to Class Ⅳ standards in "Surface water environmental quality standard"(GB 3838-2002).
