摘要
电镀企业因排放标准提高需对其废水处理工程进行改造。文章结合实例,分析电镀企业废水处理工程提标改造的关键点,指出可利用微电解和Fenton氧化的工艺对前处理废水进行预处理,生化联合处理工艺处理综合废水中的COD、氨氮和总磷。提供两例已验收企业提标改造处理工艺及处理效果。建议同类企业提标改造重点观注废水的分质分流,前处理废水可采用高级氧化技术进行断链处理,通过生化联合处理工艺确保废水水质全面达标。
The electroplating wastewater treatment project must innovate for the improvement of discharge standards. Basing on the case, the key point of technologies of standard-improving innovation was analyzed. The pretreatment wastewater was treated by micro-electrolysis and Fenton process. COD, NH3-N and TP were treated by the biochemical combined process. And two process flow of wastewater treatment after innovation were listed which got the acceptance certificate. The water quality monitored for acceptance was showed. Some advice can be given to the similar factories. Different wastewater should be separated. The broken chain process the treated by advanced oxidation process. All wastewater quality should be ensured reaching the standard by the biochemical combined process.
