摘要 介绍RBI项目实施过程,通过对延迟焦化装置实施RBI,掌握了装置内设备和管道损伤机理和风险等级分布情况。根据风险定量计算与评估结果,装置内中高风险等级以上的设备管道所占百分比均低10%,高风险设备集中在四台焦炭塔和一台脱吸塔分水器,最后给出了该装置本年度停车检验工作应重点关注的设备和管道范围,优化了检验策略。 The basic process of carrying out Risk Based Inspection(abbr. RBI) is introduced. Though the implementation of RBI on delayed coking unit, damage mechanism and risk distribution of equipment and piping have been acquired. According to risk quantitative calculation and assessment result, the ratio of equipment and piping with its risk level above mediate-high is less than 10 %, which are four coke towers and one water knockout drum affiliated to the desorption tower. On this basis, the range of equipment and piping which should be paid more attention in the periodic inspection this year is given and inspection strategies are optimized.
