以原有聚苯乙烯反应釜为基础,通过对其结构进行优化设计,在满足了生产能力的同时,极大方便了设备日常的检修;改善强化了反应聚合物的传热质量,提高质量技术指标,使从投料到产出合格产品的时间比其他同类PS装置大大缩短,且产品残留单体含量低。
The article is on the original basis of the polystyrene reactor, by optimizing its structure, to meet the production capacity at the same time, greatly facilitate the daily maintenance of equipment described; improve and strengthen the response of the polymer heat transfer quality, improve the quality of technical indicators, so to expect from the output of qualified products, longer than other similar PS devices greatly shortened, and products with low residual monomer content.
