摘要
在采油过程中,原油含气会对抽油泵产生不利影响。目前井下气液分离器大部分在高气液比油气井中分离器储气空间不足,影响泵效。因此,对井下气液分离研究具有实用性和经济性。针对此问题,文章研制了一种新型气液分离器,增加了储气空间并延长油气分离时间,实现了多次分离,提高了分离效果和抽油泵的泵效。
In the process of oil production, crude oil containing gas will have adverse effect on the sucker pump: Low pump efficiency caused by pump body not fully filled with liquid, the air lock formed inside the pump which fails in pumping oil and accelerated pump damage which increases the cost of production. Most commonly used gas-liquid separators currently used underground are only applied to low gas-yield wells. But for the design of oil wells with high gas-liquid rate, the travel distance of the gas anchor of such separator is too short. The results in insufficient gas storage space and low pump efficiency due to non-fully filled pump body. Therefore, the research of the downhole gas-liquid separator has both practical and economical significance. In order to solve the existing problems, the paper developed an innovative type of the downhole gas-liquid separator, which will increase the length of the storage space in the structure and enable the gas separation to have enough travel distance and sufficient storage space, which also realize multiple separation procedures and prolong the gas-oil separation process. To the innovative separator will give solutions to the low pump efficiency caused by the poor gas-liquid separation performance for high gas-liquid ratio oil wells, etc. Thus will greatly improve the separation efficiency and the pump efficiency.
