气质联用法对塑胶中邻苯二甲酸酯含量测定的不确定度研究

The Research of Uncertainty on the Determination of Phthalate Esters in Plastics by Gas Chromatograph Mass Spectrometer

塑胶产品中邻苯二甲酸酯的含量受到日益关注,文章对添加了六种邻苯二甲酸酯(邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)、邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯(BBP),邻苯二甲酸(2-乙基已基)酯(DEHP),邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(Dn OP),邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯(DINP),(邻苯二甲酸二异葵酯)DIDP)的塑胶样品进行索氏萃取,采用气相色谱—质谱联用方法对萃取液进行分析测试,重点分析了测试过程中不确定度的主要来源,并计算标准不确定度、合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。

The level of phthalate esters in plastics products is attracting people＇s more attention. In the work, the plastics samples with six kinds of phthalate esters additives are extracted through Soxhlet method. These additives are followed as Dibutyl phthalate（DBP）, Butyl benzyl phthalate（BBP）, Diethylhexyl phthalate（DEHP）, Di-n-octyl phthalate（Dn OP）, Diisononyl phthalate（DINP）, Di-iso-decyl phthalate（DIDP）. The extracts are analyzed by GC-MS method, focusing on the major source of uncertainty during the test procedure. Then, the standard uncertainty, synthetic uncertainty and expanding uncertainty are calculated.
