摘要
近年来,城市智能交通系统发展的很快,车牌识别系统作为城市智能交通系统中信息采集的一种重要手段,也引起越来越多关注。本文对车牌识别的形态进行深入研究,应用了改进的BP神经网络算法。实验结果显示这个方法可以更高效的识别车牌并且建立一个良好的未来车牌识别技术的基础。
In recent years, urban intelligent traffic system is developing rapidly, the license plate recognition system for urban intelligent transportation system in information collection is a kind of important means, also more and more pay attention to it. In this paper, the status of the license plate recognition is studying in-depth, using an improved BP neural network to identify the license plate. Experimental results show that this approach can identify license plate effectively and establish a very good technical base for the future license plate recognition.
