摘要 目的:通过检测急性脑血栓形成组和脑栓塞组MMP-9、TGF-β1表达水平,探讨MMP-9、TGF-β1与急性缺血性脑卒中的关系,为快速准确地鉴别以上两种不同类型急性缺血性脑卒中开辟一条新的检测途径。方法:应用酶联免疫吸附试验(enzyme-linked immunoadsordent assay,ELISA)检测技术,研究急性脑血栓形成和脑栓塞患者血清MMP-9、TGF-β1表达的变化。结果:1.脑血栓形成组与脑栓塞组患者神经功能缺损程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2.与对照组相比,脑血栓形成组和脑栓塞组患者血清MMP-9的表达均增加,血清TGF-β1表达均降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);脑血栓形成组和脑栓塞组比较,血清MMP-9和TGF-β1的表达差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在急性脑血栓形成和脑栓塞引起的急性缺血性脑卒中发病机制中,血清MMP-9、TGF-β1的表达变化发挥重要作用。 Objective: To explore the relationship between MMP-9 and TGF-beta 1 and acute ischemic stroke,detecting the expression level of MMP-9 and TGF-β1 in the acute cerebral thrombosis group and the cerebral embolism group,so as to open up a new way of detection for rapid and accurate identification of two different types of acute ischemic stroke. Methods: The changes of expression of MMP-9 and TGF-β1in patients with acute cerebral thrombosis and cerebral embolism were explored,using enzyme-linked immunoadsordent assay( ELISA) as the detection technology. Results:( 1) There was no statistically significant difference in the distribution of neurologic impairment between the cerebral thrombosis group and the cerebral embolism group( P〈0. 05).( 2) Compared with the control group,the expression of serum MMP-9 in the two groups mentioned above increased,and the expression of serum TGF-β1 in the two groups decreased. And the difference between the two groups and the control group was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). The expression of serum MMP-9 and TGF-β1 was not of statistically significant difference in the two groups( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The change of expression in MMP-9,TGF-β1 plays an important role in the pathogenesis of the development of acute cerebral thrombosis and acute ischemic stroke caused by cerebral embolism.
