血清CF6和NPt检测在DR患者诊治中的价值分析

Analysis of the value of serum CF6 and NPt detection in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with DR

目的:探讨并分析血清线粒体偶联因子6(coupling facfor 6,CF6)和新蝶呤水平(neopterin,NPt)检测在2型糖尿病合并视网膜病变(diabetic retinopahy,DR)患者诊治中的应用价值。方法:选取收治的100例2型糖尿病合并视网膜病变患者为研究对象,作为观察组,另选取100例不合并视网膜病变的2型糖尿病患者为对照组,采用双抗体夹心法检测DR患者的血清CF6和NPt,探讨血清CF6和NPt水平与DR病情严重程度及危险因素的关系。结果:CF6水平观察组高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),NPt水平观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:DR患者血清CF6、NPt水平的变化对病情的发展有指示作用,可作为DR的诊断指标,指导临床诊断与控制DR。

Objective： To investigate and analyze the application value of the detection of serum mitochondrial coupling factor 6（ CF6） and neopterin（ NPt） in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with diabetic retinopathy（ DR）. Methods： 100 cases of patients with type 2 DR were selected as the objects of study in the observation group and 100 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes without retinopathy as the control group.Double antibody sandwich method was adopted to detect CF6 and NPt in serum of patients with DR and the relationship between the level of CF6 and NPt and the severity and risk of patient＇s condition of DR were explored. Results： The levels of CF6 and NPt in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The change of level of CF6 and NPt in serum of patients with DR,which is indicative for the development of the illness,can be used as an indicator for diagnosis and prognosis to guide clinical diagnosis and the control of DR.
