光固化阴极电泳涂料的研制

摘要 采用新的合成工艺制备了一种光固化阴极电泳涂料。讨论了各种单体及引发剂、反应温度、中和度等对合成光固化阴极电泳涂料主体树脂的影响。此光固化阴极电泳涂料工作液水溶性良好,贮存稳定性好,通过UV辐射可以在低温下快速固化,所得漆膜综合性能优异。 A new synthetic process was used for the preparation of UV-curable cathodic electrophoretic coatings. The influences of various monomers and initiator, reaction temperature and neutralization degree on the synthesis of UV-curable cathodic electrophoretic coatings body resin were discussed. The UV-curable cathodic electrophoretic coatings had good water-soluble, storage stability, which can fast cure by UV radiation at low temperature, and the film has excellent comprehensive properties.
