摘要
以水性丙烯酸和聚氨酯复合乳液为基料,引入功能性助剂及颜料,制备成性能优异的水性汽车实色面漆,并针对关键技术要点进行研究分析及试验论证,可实现低VOC(挥发性有机化合物)排放,操作性强,对水性汽车涂料产业具有一定的推动作用。
A waterborne automotive solid color topcoat with excellent performance was prepared by waterborne acrylic and polyurethane composite emulsion as base material, and introducing functional additives and pigment. The research analysis and test demonstration were conducted for the key technology points. This paint could achieve low VOC emission, have strong operability, and have some promotion to the waterborne automobile coatings industry.
