ZrO_2/Al_2O_3复相陶瓷材料抗磨损特性的研究

摘要 本文以氧化铝为基体,通过直接法和化学共沉淀的方式加入氧化锆作为第二相形成复相结构。以复相陶瓷材料的耐磨性和微观结构为内容对氧化锆的加入方式以及加入量进行了相关研究,得到一种优良的添加量和添加方式,使Zr O2/Al2O3复相陶瓷具有优良的抗磨损特性。 This paper researchs the structure of Al2O3-matrix ceramics in which ZrO2 by direct addition method and chemical coprecipitation. To research wear resistance and microstructure for the content of zirconia addition way and addition amount, obtain a excellent adding amount and adding way. the zirconia/alumina composite ceramics have excellent wear characteristics.
