Research on Multi Stage Decision to Update the Vehicle Logistics Enterprises Based on the Maximum Benefit

物流企业经常碰到配送车辆陈旧或部分车辆损坏需要更新的问题,物流企业配送车辆的更新将影响着企业资金成本问题,只有降低成本才是最有效的提高利润的方法,从而实现企业最大收益。文中基于最大收益原理对物流企业配送车辆的收入和使用费用进行权衡,进行车辆更新多阶段决策研究。

Logistics enterprises often encounter delivery vehicles or vehicle damage need to update the old part of the vehicle logistics enterprises,the update will affect the cost of capital,only to reduce costs is the most effective way to improve profits,so as to realize the maximum benefits of the enterprise.In this paper,the income and cost of using the maximum profit principle of vehicle logistics enterprises based on the trade-off of vehicle,multi stage decision research.
