摘要
自建仓库投资成本高、投资回报期较长,具有一定的约束性,而外租仓库是保持企业经营规模、利用社会资源与物流企业管理经验完美结合的较佳途径。文中以一家中型国有企业为实例,分析了其在外租仓库租借过程中不断吸取经验教训,逐步寻求外租仓库高效运作的方法,通过设立保本点来指导企业经营活动,提高仓库盈利能力。
Self-built warehouse high investment costs,long payback period,with some binding,rent out warehouses to keep the business scale,use of social resources and logistics business management experience the perfect combination of preferred channels.In this paper,a medium-sized state-owned enterprises as an example,analyzes its outer rent warehouse lease process continue to learn from experience and gradually find ways to rent a warehouse outside the efficient operation,through the establishment of the breakeven point to guide business activities to improve warehouse profitability.
