文中提出了专线运输物流运作模式的基本内涵,考虑装卸过程中会出现货损现象,对有货损的专线运输问题进行分析,并对客户的时间约束进行描述,提出一套对专线运输的车辆进行优化调度的算法。最后以某企业真实案例为基础,以详实的数据,对算法进行可行性分析。结果证明此套方案可以降低专线运输的运输成本,为企业提供了借鉴价值。

This paper puts forward the basic connotation of special line transportation,a logistics operation mode.considered the cargo damage phenomenon that will appear in the process of loading and unloading.Analyzed the special line transportation problem with cargo damage,and described the time constraint of customer.Puts forward a set of algorithm to optimize the vehicle scheduling problem of special line transportation.Finally,The algorithm was feasibility analysed with detailed data on the basis of a enterprise real case.The results proved that this scheme can reduce the cost of special line transportation,and provides a reference value for the enterprise.
