汽车物流是涉及面最广、技术复杂程度最高的领域之一,而零配件物流配送又是物流系统持续优化的关键环节。优化汽车零配件物流配送是降低其生产成本和提高市场竞争力的重要砝码。文中分析了我国汽车零部件物流配送的特点及存在的问题,提出了基于3PL的汽车零部件标准化物流配送运作模式。

Motor Logistic is one of the most extensive and complicated technique fields,and auto parts is the key section to ensure continuously improvement of the motor logistic system.Optimization of logistics distribution of auto parts is the important counter to reduce the manufacturing cost and improve the market competence.In this thesis,analyzing the characteristic and existing problem for China logistics distribution of auto parts,then create the operation model for the standardization of logistics distribution of auto parts based on 3PL.
