平原河网区公路工程水土保持监测工作初探

摘要 浙江省平原河网地区水系密布,降雨丰沛,在项目开发建设过程中极易使水土流失入河,造成河道淤积,影响河道防洪功能。通过对平原河网地区生产建设项目水土保持监测重点、难点进行分析,提出相应的对策建议,为平原河网地区的水土保持监测工作提供一些实践经验。 Densely covered water system and rich precipitation are the basic characteristics of Zhejiang plain river network region. Soil and water can easily run into the river in the project development and construction process, causing river siltation and affecting the flood control function of riverway. By analyzing the key and difficult points of soil and water conservation monitoring during project development and construction process in plain fiver network region, the paper propeses corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, providing some practical experience for the soil and water conservation monitoring work in plain river network region.
