摘要
我国快递业的业务量已经跃居世界第一,但是快递服务投诉和纠纷层出不穷。了解现阶段快递业投诉现状,包括消费者投诉的主要问题和消费者提出申诉的受理情况。对消费者产生不满意的原因进行分析,找出提升快递业服务满意度的方法。
Express delivery business in China has ranked the first,but the Courier service complaints and disputes emerge in endlessly.Understanding on the express industry complaints,including the main problem of consumer complaints and consumer complaint to accept the situation.The analysis of the causes of needs are not satisfied with the consumer,find improve express delivery service satisfaction.
