为了使学生具备从事物流工作必备的实践知识与能力,并为就业打下良好的基础,建设顶岗实习基地成为重要的方式之一。文中阐述了湖北财税职业学院物流管理专业实习基地建设现状以及存在的问题,由此提出了建设顶岗实习基地的有效对策。

In order to make students have the necessary logistics practical knowledge and ability,and to lay a good foundation for the employment,building the training base becomes one of the important ways.This article elaborates the logistics management training base situation and existing problems,and thus puts forward some effective measures to build the base.
